Fish Road
My childhood home was on Fish Road in Jacksonville, FL. These paintings depict the land between my house and my cousins' house. This field seemed so expansive to my young eyes. As a child, my family spent many Saturdays picking up pecans to sell at a local farmer's market. I can still hear the rattle of the buckets.
